The Role
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer (f/m/d) who turns complex medical data and AI workflows into clear, intuitive, and meaningful user experiences. You will shape how thousands of doctors and researchers interact with our platform, ensuring every detail serves clarity, trust, and ease of use.
What You’ll Do
design clean, user-centered interfaces for our web and dashboard applications
translate research workflows and user needs into elegant, functional product designs
collaborate closely with product, frontend, and data teams to bring ideas to life
build and maintain our design system in Figma, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
conduct usability tests and iterate based on feedback
keep user empathy at the heart of every design decision
What You Bring
proven experience in UI/UX design, preferably in SaaS or healthtech environments
strong portfolio showing both visual craft and UX problem-solving
excellent Figma skills and understanding of responsive design principles
ability to collaborate across disciplines and communicate design decisions clearly
fluency in English, good understanding of German is a plus
you combine creative thinking with a structured, practical mindset
