The Role
We are looking for a Liaison Manager for Practices & Clinics (f/m/d) who bridges the worlds of medicine and innovation. You will be the first point of contact for doctors, medical staff, and healthcare networks – ensuring that MPIRIQ is implemented smoothly, understood clearly, and trusted fully.
This role combines empathy, communication, and coordination. It’s about building long-term relationships and helping medical teams experience how technology can simplify their day-to-day work and empower research.
What You’ll Do
serve as key contact for participating practices and clinics across Germany
guide healthcare teams through onboarding and daily use of MPIRIQ
explain our process clearly and ensure transparency in data handling
coordinate with our internal product and support teams to resolve issues quickly
collect feedback from medical partners to improve user experience and workflows
represent MPIRIQ at medical events, networks, and training sessions
What You Bring
experience in account management, healthcare coordination, or medical liaison roles
strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with doctors and practice teams
understanding of healthcare workflows and sensitivity for patient-related topics
highly organized, empathetic, and proactive approach
fluency in German (native level) and good English communication skills
bonus: Experience in digital health, medical software, or clinical research environments
