The Role
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer (f/m/d) who turns complex medical data and AI workflows into clear, intuitive, and meaningful user experiences.
You will shape how thousands of medical professionals interact with our platform every day.
What You’ll Do
- design clean, user-centered interfaces for web and dashboard applications
- translate research workflows into elegant, functional designs
- collaborate closely with product, frontend, and data teams
- build and maintain our design system in Figma
- conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback
- keep user empathy at the centre of every design decision
What You Bring
- experience in UI/UX design, preferably in SaaS or healthtech
- a strong portfolio showing visual craft and UX problem-solving
- expert Figma skills and solid knowledge of responsive design
- the ability to collaborate across disciplines
- fluency in English, German understanding preferred
- a balance of creative and structured thinking
